E-Invoice Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

What the app does

E-Invoice helps you create tax invoices and quotations, and keep, print and share them.

Data stored on your device

Your invoices, customer details you type, shop information, logo and signatures are stored only on your own phone or computer. We do not run any server and we do not receive this data.

Optional Google Drive backup

If you choose to connect Google Drive, the app asks for permission to use only its own private app-data folder in your Google Drive (the permission is called drive.appdata). The app stores one backup file there so you can restore your data on a new phone. The backup goes directly from your device to your own Google account. The developer cannot see, read or access your backup. The app cannot see any other file in your Google Drive.

You can disconnect Google Drive at any time inside the app. You can remove the backup and the permission from your Google Account settings (Security, then Third-party access).

Advertising

E-Invoice shows ads provided by Google AdMob. Ads appear on app screens such as the menu and the invoice screen. They never appear inside your invoices, PDFs or images.

To show ads and measure how they perform, Google AdMob may collect and use information from your device, such as your advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. This is handled by Google under its own privacy policy. The developer does not receive this data and has no access to it.

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can reset your advertising ID or turn off ad personalisation at any time in your Android settings (Settings, then Google, then Ads).

More information: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not collect, share or analyse your invoices or personal data ourselves, and the app has no analytics of its own. The only third-party service that receives device information is Google AdMob, as described above.

Children

This app is not directed to children under 13.

Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs by E-Invoice adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
